Terms and conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of coaching services and digital products from Egeland Coaching (organization number: 929917464), hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "Egeland Coaching". By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Coaching services
Our coaching services are offered as individual sessions and packages. Coaching services are delivered both in person and digitally via agreed platforms such as Zoom or Teams, unless otherwise specified.
4. Cancellation and rebooking of coaching

The customer must notify us of any cancellation or rebooking no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.

If cancelled later than 24 hours before the lesson, 50% of the lesson price will be charged.

The same cancellation and rebooking rules apply to coaching packages.
5. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing coaching services, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable legislation.

The right of withdrawal lapses if the coaching is commenced within this period with the client's consent. The client is then not entitled to a refund for the part of the service that has already been delivered.
6. Digital manuals

After purchase, the customer receives an automatic email with a download link.

Purchases of digital manuals are binding, and there are no cancellations or refunds after the file has been downloaded.
7. Payment

We accept Vipps, card payments and PayPal.

Payment is made upon purchase, and coaching services are only carried out after confirmed payment.
8. Complaints handling

If the customer experiences technical problems with downloading digital products, we can be contacted at egelandcoaching@gmail.com for assistance.

Coaching services are an individual process, and we cannot guarantee specific results. If the client is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage them to contact us for a solution.
9. Conflict resolution

Any disputes between Egeland Coaching and the customer shall be resolved through dialogue. If this does not lead to a resolution, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or another relevant body.

The Norwegian Consumer Authority can mediate in cases where there is a conflict between the buyer and the person offering the coaching service.

It is not permitted to provide incorrect information in marketing or to mislead consumers, cf. Marketing Act Section 7.

Coaching is not defined as health care, and supervision of health personnel falls under the Norwegian Health Authority or the State Administrator.
10. Changes to the Terms
